How to Install ICS 4.0.1 In LG E400
Make Sure Phone is Rooted (How To Root)
Installl CWM from Play Store
In CWM chose model and install recovery
Download Official CM9 Rom
Copy CM9 Rom in Sd Card
Reboot phone In recovery by Pressing (Power Button + Volume Down + Menu button together)
Now Recovery is Open .You can navigate using Volume buttons and select an option by pressing Home button.
Now select "wipe data / Reset
Then Select " Wipe Cache Partition "

Now Go Back to Main Menu
Select " Install Zip From Sd Card " and Browse for CM9 Rom
In a few seconds the ICS official CM9 ROM will be installed on your LG
